Fortis Inc. has reached an agreement with a private investor group for the sale of its’ 22 hotels, including the Delta Hotel located in downtown Regina, SK. The transaction is subject to certain closing conditions and is expected to be completed in the fall of 2015. Management of the hotel is to be assumed by an affiliate of Westmont Hospitality Group. Built in 1988, the 274 room full-service hotel is the second tallest building in Saskatchewan and became a Delta by Marriott in early 2015.
